Interested in building experience that supports future careers in psychology, education, mental health, social work, or therapy?We are recruiting Psychology students and graduates to work across secondary schools in Cheltenham in supporting roles as either Teaching Assistants or Cover Supervisors, helping to make a real difference in young people's lives. The Roles:You'll be working in local secondary schools (ages 11-16) in one of the following roles: Teaching Assistant - supporting students in class, including those with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs Cover Supervisor - supervising pre-planned lessons during teacher absence and supporting positive behaviour and engagementBoth roles offer valuable, hands-on experience working with young people in a school environment. The Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Choose to work 2-5 days per week Flexible work to suit your studies, childcare, or other commitments The Pay: £90 - £120 per day (PAYE) Paid weekly Rate dependent on role and experience ? No School Experience? No Problem!No previous school-based experience is required.
