Property Manger

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and respected independent property business in Bath in their search for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly and professional team.

This is a varied and hands on role managing a portfolio of residential and student properties, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive environment where high standards of service are a priority. The role combines office based administration with regular visits to properties across the local area.

DAY TO DAY

• Managing a portfolio of residential and student properties
• Handling landlord and tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Coordinating move ins and move outs, including key management
• Carrying out interim property inspections and tenancy checks
• Conducting viewings and supporting property marketing activities
• Liaising with contractors and monitoring maintenance works
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation
• Maintaining accurate records and property management systems
• Visiting properties for inspections, compliance checks, and contractor coordination

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE

• Previous experience in property management or lettings (ideally 2+ years)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Confident and professional communication skills
• A customer focused approach
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• A proactive and adaptable approach in a busy environment
• Understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements is desirable
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Experience conducting property inspections would be beneficial
• A property related qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is advantageous

FOR YOU

• Salary of £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
• Annual profit share scheme (2%)
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (some flexibility available)
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
