Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and respected independent property business in Bath in their search for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly and professional team.
This is a varied and hands on role managing a portfolio of residential and student properties, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive environment where high standards of service are a priority. The role combines office based administration with regular visits to properties across the local area.
DAY TO DAY- Managing a portfolio of residential and student properties
- Handling landlord and tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Coordinating move ins and move outs, including key management
- Carrying out interim property inspections and tenancy checks
- Conducting viewings and supporting property marketing activities
- Liaising with contractors and monitoring maintenance works
- Ensuring properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation
- Maintaining accurate records and property management systems
- Visiting properties for inspections, compliance checks, and contractor coordination
- Previous experience in property management or lettings (ideally 2+ years)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills
- A customer focused approach
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A proactive and adaptable approach in a busy environment
- Understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements is desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience conducting property inspections would be beneficial
- A property related qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is advantageous
- Salary of £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience
- Annual profit share scheme (2%)
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (some flexibility available)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
