Our goal is to make living well easy, wherever and whenever you choose. We started in Spain and are now expanding into the U.S. and Latin America.
We envision a world full of possibilities, where location is flexible and housing doesn't limit your options. Help us turn this vision into a reality.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us on our exciting journey to redefine the rental market-from Madrid to the world.
Our culture
We are a diverse and dynamic team of professionals from over 18 nationalities, united by a shared vision: to transform the global rental market.

What you'll do
We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team and take ownership of the performance of our premium property portfolio across Spain. This role is focused exclusively on the relationship with property owners, not tenants. You will work to maximize profitability, control performance indicators, and ensure excellent service delivery to our partners. You'll join a dynamic and international environment where precision, proactivity and financial acumen are highly valued. You'll:
- Manage a portfolio of premium buildings, ensuring optimal occupancy, revenue, and cost control.
- Be the main point of contact for property owners, providing regular reporting and strategic guidance to maximize the performance of their assets.
- Track and analyze key metrics (occupancy, income, costs, profitability, deviations) and provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Identify areas for improvement in pricing, operational processes or asset condition, and propose action plans to enhance results.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Revenue, Operations, Maintenance, Administration) to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Monitor compliance with monthly KPIs and SLA commitments to ensure excellence in property management.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasts and financial reporting, ensuring full transparency with owners.
- Suggest improvements in asset condition or operational efficiency based on data or owner feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation, coordination and resolution of any incidents or administrative needs (e.g. owner payments, invoices, incident management).
About you
- 1-3 years of experience in property management, asset management or real estate operations.
- Strong business and financial acumen: ability to read and manage P&L, analyze ROI and optimize portfolio performance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple properties and stakeholders with precision and reliability.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (C1+).
- Experience working in hospitality, real estate, or premium asset management is a strong plus.
- A proactive mindset, with a service-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
Why Homeclub?
- A charming office in the center of Madrid.
- An international work environment; we have more than 18 nationalities!
- On your birthday, we offer you a half day off.
- Culture of ownership, innovation, training and feedback.
- Flexible and dynamic work environment.
- Free Drinks: we always provide tea and coffee.
- After-work events and an amazing internal culture.
- Internal growth opportunities.
- Discounts at partner stores.
