Job Description

An experienced and highly organised Property Maintenance Manager is required to handle the maintenance requirements of a residential property portfolio across the Guildford area.

Location: Guildford, GU1 4UT

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Position: Permanent - Full Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing maintenance requirements across a portfolio of residential properties
  • Coordinating contractors and monitoring repair works from instruction through to completion
  • Arranging quotations and obtaining landlord approval for maintenance works
  • Conducting property inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
  • Handling landlord and tenant maintenance enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Ensuring all maintenance records, compliance documentation and contractor information are accurately maintained
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in property maintenance, property management or facilities management
  • Strong understanding of residential property maintenance and repairs
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate maintenance projects
  • Strong problem solving skills and practical approach to resolving issues
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building abilities
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
