Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Lettings Administrator to support the busy lettings team in the Farnham, Surrey area. The role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast paced property environment.

Salary: OTE £28,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full time

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and associated tenancy documentation
  • Coordinate referencing, right to rent checks and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and third party providers
  • Manage tenancy progression from application through to move in
  • Maintain accurate property and tenancy records on the company CRM system
  • Ensure all lettings files are compliant with current legislation and company procedures
  • Arrange inventory appointments, check ins and key releases
  • Support the lettings team with general administration and customer enquiries
  • Assist with tenancy renewals and end of tenancy administration
Skills & Experience
  • Previous administration experience within residential lettings, property management or estate agency preferred
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property software systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Professional, reliable and customer focused approach
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation would be advantageous
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
