Senior Associate - Property Litigation Leeds Hybrid

We're working with a leading national firm looking to appoint a Senior Associate (around 4-6 PQE) to their expanding Property Litigation team in Leeds.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join the Leeds base of one of the UK's most respected real estate litigation practices, known for its work with high-profile public sector and not-for-profit organisations across health, housing, and local government. The team's work genuinely makes a difference - and they're looking for someone who shares that sense of purpose.

The role

You'll handle a diverse caseload of property disputes and advisory matters, with examples including:

• Lease renewals and 1954 Act issues
• Restrictive covenants and easements
• Partnership and GP premises disputes
• Possession and 'bed blocker' cases
• Break notices, dilapidations, and estate reorganisations
• Judicial reviews and development-related challenges

You'll work closely with approachable, supportive partners who are passionate about mentoring and developing their people. The team culture is friendly, collaborative, and built around long term growth.

Who we're looking for

You'll bring strong property litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, down to earth approach. Public sector or partnership dispute experience would be a bonus, but enthusiasm and sound judgement are what really count.
