Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective project delivery. Develop and maintain all project documentation, manage meetings, track actions and timelines, and prepare risk logs and meeting packs. Execute robust governance and reporting frameworks, monitor regulatory adherence, and manage project risks and dependencies. When required, line manage teams to deliver agreed portfolios of work, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive change through agile, adaptable, and resilient project teams. What You'll Bring Minimum 5 years in client-side project management, specifically within design & construction. Healthcare experience desired - specially hospital & diagnostic build projects. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, contract administration, and preparation of contract documents. Project Management qualification (or working towards accreditation). Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. Experience leading teams across multiple locations, with a focus on collaboration and performance. Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and budget management. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with business and project management software.
