Project Manager

An established Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Dublin-based operations team. With a strong pipeline of major commercial, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use developments across Ireland, this is an opportunity to lead large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to successful delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Role:

• Lead the delivery of major construction projects from commencement through to handover.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project performance, including cost control, quality standards, and health & safety compliance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
• Drive project progress while identifying and mitigating risks throughout the construction lifecycle.

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Strong background within main contracting, with exposure to commercial, residential, healthcare, or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project programmes effectively.
• Relevant construction qualification and a thorough understanding of industry regulations and best practice.
