Project Manager - Limerick City Salary: €85,000- €100,000 + Benefits A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a new residential development in Limerick City. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to lead the delivery of a 4/5-storey reinforced concrete residential development comprising approximately units, from commencement through to completion. The successful candidate will be the number one on the project, taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination, and successful delivery of the development, working closely with the wider senior management team. The Role: As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, programme, and cost. Key Responsibilities: • Take full ownership and responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from start to finish. • Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders. • Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved. • Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to ensure timely completion. • Ensure all works are delivered in compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards. • Review design information, drawings, and technical specifications. • Manage procurement, subcontractor performance, and project resources. • Chair regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior management. • Drive a strong culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement on site. Requirements: • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. • Proven experience delivering residential construction projects. • Strong background managing multi-storey RC frame developments. • Previous experience acting as Project Manager / lead on projects from inception through to completion. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets and programmes.
