Salary Range: NJC09 - NJC12 £27,254 - £28,598

The Joseph Whitaker School is a popular school, in Rainworth, a village just outside of Mansfield. It serves the three local villages of Blidworth, Rainworth and Ravenshead and has around 1370 students.

Responsibilities

Working within our busy school as Assistant Site Manager, overseeing daily operations, supporting the senior leadership team, coordinating staff schedules and ensuring compliance with school policies. The role requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, a flexible approach to the structure and activities within a working day, and the ability to promote a positive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant experience in school management or comparable role
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, proactive approach to daily activities and structure
• Eligibility to work in the UK and commitment to safeguarding children and young people
• Full enhanced DBS check
