Project Manager - Insurance Commercial Lines (Inside IR35)

Location: Three days per week in Portsmouth essential

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives focused on enhancing our Commercial Lines offering and embedding a structured change delivery model within a newly established division. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex change in regulated environments.

You will:

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects aligned to strategic commercial objectives
• Enhance and evolve the Commercial Lines proposition for customers
• Embed and mature a structured change delivery framework within the division
• Ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, cost and quality expectations
• Provide robust governance, reporting, and risk management
• Engage and influence senior business stakeholders up to Operations and Commercial Director level

Key Requirements

• Demonstrable strong Project Management expertise (end-to-end delivery)
• Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent change initiatives
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong governance, RAID management and reporting capability
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Insurance or Financial Services background
• Commercial Insurance experience (highly desirable but not essential)
• Experience embedding change delivery models or operating frameworks
