Overview

A skilled and organized Project Manager is required to oversee multiple live sites within the healthcare and HVACsector. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, is confident managing day to day site operations, and is comfortable handling a significant amount of administrative and compliance related paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of 2-3 concurrent projects on active sites.
• Ensure all site activities run smoothly, safely, and in line with industry regulations.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Lead on refurbishment works, including increasing involvement in HVAC related projects.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within the healthcareenvironment.
• Produce and manage detailed project documentation-this role is admin heavy, so confidence with paperwork is essential.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and ensure operational excellence.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within HVAC and Building Building Services
• Background in healthcare is desirable.
• Understanding of HVAC systems
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable with detailed administrative tasks and documentation.
