Role: Fit Out Project Manager

Location: Belfast/County Antrim

Vickerstock are working with a Main Contractor based in County Antrim to recruit a Fit Out Project Manager

About the Company:

A specialist Contractor working on luxury hospitality fit-out projects across Ireland and the UK. This company works with household names, and world-renowned establishments to create bespoke interiors.

Your new role as Fit Out Project Manager:

• Work closely with Design and Site Teams to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Management of project timelines, budgets and materials
• Take part in design team meetings, client meetings and site walkarounds
• Review site quality regularly and perform inspections
• Logistics Management
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What you'll need to be successful:

• 5+ years experience managing fit-out projects
• Degree-qualified or working experience within a related industry
• Qualifications in Project & Construction Management are desirable
• Experience in supply chain management
• Experience using software such as Procore
• Full driving licence
• Ability to travel to visit sites across Ireland & NI
• Full Right to Work in both Ireland and the UK
