Options resourcing have joined forces with one of the largest facade companies in Europe, dedicated to shaping the skyline of major cities with innovative and iconic building exteriors. With a rich history of excellence, they are now seeking a Project Manager to join their London team.

What to expect:

1. Oversee and manage unitised cladding installation projects from initiation to completion.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
4. Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
5. Identify and mitigate risks, solving challenges to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in project management, specifically in unitised cladding installation.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams towards project goals.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
5. Adept at problem-solving and decision-making.
6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
