Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance the existing VIF ERP system functionalities
- Gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and propose scalable ERP solutions
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Provide training, documentation, and user support
- Assist with data migration, testing, and integration where needed
- Support ongoing ERP-related projects and initiatives
- Participate in project planning and execution in a collaborative, part-time capacity
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written) - mandatory
- Proven experience with VIF ERP - essential
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Production
- Supply Chain
- Purchasing
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Availability to work on a full-time basis through December 2025
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Prior consulting experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
