Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance the existing VIF ERP system functionalities
• Gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and propose scalable ERP solutions
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Provide training, documentation, and user support
• Assist with data migration, testing, and integration where needed
• Support ongoing ERP-related projects and initiatives
• Participate in project planning and execution in a collaborative, part-time capacity

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in French (spoken and written) - mandatory
• Proven experience with VIF ERP - essential
• Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following:
• Production
• Supply Chain
• Purchasing

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Availability to work on a full-time basis through December 2025

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with project management methodologies
• Prior consulting experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
