You will evolve in:- A stimulating and caring environment, where the quest for performance is a daily challenge.- A unique setting between the lake and a private beach, with trails for sports at noon, fitness nearby, and accessible public transport.- A human-sized site that offers autonomy, responsibilities, and a team spirit.- The stability of a large group and real development prospects, supported by the project management department - Project Manager Energy/Telecom.For our Projects department, we are looking for:Project Manager - Project Leader Energy/TelecomYour responsibilities:- Develop technical and commercial offers.- Manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and requirements.- Carry out and validate technical studies and execution concepts in collaboration with the design office.- Conduct calls for tenders for subcontracted work, negotiate technical and financial conditions, and formalize orders.- Ensure the interface with clients throughout the project.- Define technical choices and products to install, optimizing solutions according to technical, economic, and scheduling constraints.- Oversee and coordinate work with the site supervisor regarding client needs related to after-sales service.- Coordinate with internal (Design Office, logistics, quality, HSE, and finance) and external (clients, subcontractors, third parties, and suppliers) departments.- Ensure the financial monitoring of the project: management of costs and variances, completion of 'as-built' project files.- Contribute to internal processes.- Anticipate, inform, and take necessary actions to ensure the health and safety of individuals and the sustainability of assets.Your skills:- HES-SO or ETH qualification.- Languages: French and German at C1 minimum.
