Project Assistant - Construction - Energy For its Building Service, the Municipality of Mont-sur-Lausanne is opening a position for: Project Assistant - Construction - Energy 60% to 80% Purpose of the role: Assist the head of department, project manager, and energy delegate in managing tasks and responsibilities: - Document writing and management for construction projects: updating reference documents (procedures, directives, general conditions, minutes, tender documents, and final accounts). - Writing and monitoring projects: reports, notices, and minutes of acceptance, managing defect notices, and overseeing classification, archiving, and tracking of digital documents via GID and GED tools. - Cross-functional support and continuity of activities: occasional substitute, support for energy grant applications, updating tracking tools (Microsoft Teams Planner), continuity of projects, and support to other services according to profile:- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification; - Several years of experience in the building field, assisting project managers (architecture firm or property management); - Excellent spelling and autonomous writing skills; - Experience and skills in processing numerical data; - Excellent command of common software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint); - Knowledge of public sector operations;Starting: immediately or to be agreed upon Send your complete application (cover letter, CV, work certificates, and diplomas) by March 13, online or by mail to: Municipal Human Resources Service Route de Lausanne 16 P.O.
