Project Manager - Non Technical

Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Project Manger, French speaker to join our ever-evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

• Your objective is to ensure that each project is as successful and satisfying for the customer as possible, and revenue is generated as quickly as possible.


• You are the central go-to resource for all internal colleagues and external customers, participating in customer meetings with the commercial team and communicating with key internal stakeholders.


• You will manage several customer projects at any time, delivering activity right first time, every time.


• You will translate a scope of work into a project plan containing milestones, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, and RACI for activities to be carried out to successfully achieve the agreed objective.


• You will alsosupport the continuous improvement of the onboarding process by acting as voice of the customer.


• Hold weekly project management calls with all relevant internal and external stakeholders


• Work in partnership with the customer Project Manager, agreeing joint actions, tasks and timelines


• Provide regular updates to the commercial team and leaders on project status, flagging risks and escalations


• Conduct retrospective assessments of your projects at their conclusion


• Contribute to our central risk register & lessons learned log

What you'll bring

• Fluent French speaker is essential


• You will accurately manage projects using clear and well maintained project plans from inception through to live, managing all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless start to the customers' Worldpay relationship


• Hold weekly project management calls with all relevant internal and external stakeholders


• Work in partnership with the customer Project Manager, agreeing joint actions, tasks and timelines


• Provide regular updates to the commercial team and leaders on project status, flagging risks and escalations


• Conduct retrospective assessments of your projects at their conclusion


• Contribute to our central risk register & lessons learned log


• French and English language


• It's a bonus if you have Other European languages (Spanish, Italian, German)
