Personal Advisor

Are you passionate about helping young people achieve their potential and thrive as they move into adulthood? Join our Care Leavers Team as a Personal Advisor and play a key role in supporting young people aged 16 to 25 across Cheshire East.

Working within our corporate parenting responsibilities, you'll build trusted relationships with care-experienced young people, helping them develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to live independently and achieve their goals.

• Support young people as they transition into adulthood
• Help improve outcomes in education, employment, training and housing
• Work closely with social workers, housing providers, health professionals and partner agencies
• Make a lasting difference to the lives of care leavers across Cheshire East
