Your main tasks: - Complete management of complex construction projects (SIA 103: phases 31 to 53) - Direction and technique of studies: design, sizing, and structures - Project management: managing deadlines, costs, resources, and priorities - Close collaboration with architects, project managers, contractors, authorities, and other specialists (geotechnics, HVAC, AEAI, etc.) - On-site execution follow-up: compliance control, quality, safety, and technical resolution - Technical supervision and development of skills within the team - Support for offers, costing, and assistance during tenders - Active contribution to the development of the office (methods, tools, quality, BIM X) - Representation of the office to clients and partners, with a driving role in projects and entry-level engagements: Immediately or as arranged.
