• Own aerospace development projects from takeoff to landing (and beyond).
• Lead project teams like a mission commander - calm, confident, caffeinated.
• Keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables flying in formation.
• Translate complex customer needs into clear project goals.
• Handle change requests without breaking a sweat (or the schedule).
• Be the friendly face and sharp mind clients rely on.
• Make sure all departments speak the same language (preferably English).

Profil

• A degree in engineering or business (rocket science not mandatory, but cool).
• Solid experience in project management - aerospace is a big plus.
• A structured, independent working style - you take the lead!
• Excellent English skills; bonus points if you can order a coffee in German.
• A talent for communication, coordination, and not panicking when plans change.
