About our role:

As a Lecturer in the Degree Apprenticeship team at QAA, you will work with learners studying alongside full-time employment to develop their professional skills. We utilize Blended Learning, supporting learners through online content, remote interactive sessions (e.g., WebEx, discussion forums), and live-online or face-to-face workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and own multiple modules on the Degree Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring high-quality learning delivery, including online support and face-to-face workshops.
  • Develop course materials such as videos, exercises, slides, and assessments for various modules.
  • Contribute to team activities related to assessment and teaching as needed.
Skills & Abilities
  • PGCE/Associate HEA membership is highly desirable.
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant Master's degree - Essential.
  • Knowledge of Apprenticeships, work-based learning, or Higher Education.
