• Coordinatedesign,procurement,constructionandcommissioningtomaintainintegratedplanningandaccountability.
• Provideaccuratereportingandreviews,ensuringfinancialcontrol,risktransparencyandalignmentwithBovisandclientexpectations.
• ChampionanIncident&InjuryFreeculturethroughsafedesign,safeplanningandsafeoperations.
• Embedsustainabledesignanddeliveryprinciplesalignedwithclientgoals
• Conductstructuredprojectreviewstoensuremilestonereadinessandcompliancewithassurancerequirements.
• Managesupplychainperformance,ensuringcapability,complianceandconsistentdelivery.

Credentials

• HavearelatedChartershipsuchasCIOB,RICS,RIBA,ICE.
• ProfessionalConstructionQualificationsrelevanttotherole(BScorMScinProjectManagementorBuilding/ConstructionStudiesorEngineering).
• TakingprojectsfromPCSAtothroughtomaincontractdelivery.
• Workingwithmulti-stakeholders,managingrelationshipstodevelopanddeliverappropriateprojectstrategyandplans.
• Strongtechnicalknowledgetoenableprojectdevelopmentanddeliverytomeetappropriatecompliancecriteria
• Anin-depthknowledgeoftheconstructionprocessandconstructionmethods
• LeadtheBovisIncidentandInjuryFree(IIF)vision,bothpersonalandorganisational,tocreateanenvironmentwithanuncompromisingsafetycultureandstandards
• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
• Strongcommercialacumen
