- Provideaccuratereportingandreviews,ensuringfinancialcontrol,risktransparencyandalignmentwithBovisandclientexpectations.
- ChampionanIncident&InjuryFreeculturethroughsafedesign,safeplanningandsafeoperations.
- Embedsustainabledesignanddeliveryprinciplesalignedwithclientgoals
- Conductstructuredprojectreviewstoensuremilestonereadinessandcompliancewithassurancerequirements.
- Managesupplychainperformance,ensuringcapability,complianceandconsistentdelivery.
- HavearelatedChartershipsuchasCIOB,RICS,RIBA,ICE.
- ProfessionalConstructionQualificationsrelevanttotherole(BScorMScinProjectManagementorBuilding/ConstructionStudiesorEngineering).
- TakingprojectsfromPCSAtothroughtomaincontractdelivery.
- Workingwithmulti-stakeholders,managingrelationshipstodevelopanddeliverappropriateprojectstrategyandplans.
- Strongtechnicalknowledgetoenableprojectdevelopmentanddeliverytomeetappropriatecompliancecriteria
- Anin-depthknowledgeoftheconstructionprocessandconstructionmethods
- LeadtheBovisIncidentandInjuryFree(IIF)vision,bothpersonalandorganisational,tocreateanenvironmentwithanuncompromisingsafetycultureandstandards
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
