Project Delivery Manager EMEA - Location: Cheltenham, UK

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the commercial, technical, project management, and delivery aspects of Sustainability Centre of Excellence projects, working collaboratively with EMEA divisional Operating Companies throughout the customer order lifecycle.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on

  • Accountability for the EMEA Sustainability Centre of Excellence commercial integrity (contractual, DOA etc.)
  • Responsibility for regulatory compliance of delivered solutions
  • Responsible for overall project delivery performance for EMEA Sustainability Centre of Excellence solutions
  • Budget / cost approval for developed solution CVP's in collaboration with business drivers and the DOA
  • Responsibility for the EMEA Sustainability Centre of Excellence operational processes and procedures
  • Define and implement operational best practice project management methodologies for EMEA customer project delivery, through the Discover, Optimise, Manage and Decarbonisation phases
  • Provide project management guidance and training to Operating Company as required
  • Support the EMEA Sustainability of Excellence functions to delivery sales growth throughout the EMEA Division
  • HS & Welfare, you must ensure that your and your team's activities do not cause concern, risk or harm to yourselves or others in the execution of your duties, both in the office environment and on customer sites
  • The role is likely to require divisional travel in a customer facing capacity and include the development of OpCo's capabilities, securing live projects (Orders) and deployment EMEA Sustainability solutions
Your previous experience is likely to include
  • Excellent working knowledge of Spirax applications, systems and processes
  • Knowledge of group solution development and installation
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Management of site based solutions, projects or installations
  • Management of sub-contractors on a customer site
  • Practical experience of installing or developing sustainable solutions
  • Minimum level 5 in a related discipline, alternatively a proven track record of working in a similar business/industry
  • Registration in an appropriate professional body/institute e.g. APM
  • Appropriate H&S qualification e.g. IOSH / NEBOSH
