Role Overview

We?re looking for an Agile Transformation Manager with a strong background in Java engineering and data storage technologies. You will coach senior leadership, support large-scale agile adoption, and bring technical insight to align engineering practices with transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and advise C-level leaders on agile ways of working.

• Support the transformation roadmap and portfolio-level agility.

• Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions.

• Align strategy with execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.

• Provide guidance on Java engineering and data storage technologies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong expertise in agile transformation and executive coaching.

• Solid technical background in Java and data storage.

• Knowledge of frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Flight Levels.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
