Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with our clients
- Act as the client's representative
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Establish project objectives in line with our clients
- Develop project reports/documentation
- Responsible for projects' technical and commercial delivery
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of the project
- Develop project scope requirements
- Develop and implement appropriate project execution strategies
- Ensure successful completion of projects within budget
- Establish project resource requirements and lead/motivate the project team
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations
- Manage document management via CDE Platform
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of project delivery
- Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients
- Exceptional communicator
- Demonstrated experience in developing project scopes, execution strategies, and managing project budgets
- Skilled in using Value Management/Value Engineering techniques
- Knowledgeable in local statutory and regulatory obligations
- Capable of producing detailed project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation
