Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with our clients
  • Act as the client's representative
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish project objectives in line with our clients
  • Develop project reports/documentation
  • Responsible for projects' technical and commercial delivery
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of the project
  • Develop project scope requirements
  • Develop and implement appropriate project execution strategies
  • Ensure successful completion of projects within budget
  • Establish project resource requirements and lead/motivate the project team
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Manage document management via CDE Platform
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management
  • Strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of project delivery
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients
  • Exceptional communicator
  • Demonstrated experience in developing project scopes, execution strategies, and managing project budgets
  • Skilled in using Value Management/Value Engineering techniques
  • Knowledgeable in local statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Capable of producing detailed project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation
