Progression Coach (Fixed Term) - Student Success & Growth

East Durham College in Peterlee seeks a Progression Coach to deliver an ambitious curriculum and college tutorial programme for an assigned cohort of learners throughout the academic year. The role includes tracking attendance, monitoring behaviour and supporting students with financial, academic, social and emotional needs to aid progression.

The post requires a Level 3 qualification or higher, GCSEs in maths and English, and an IAG qualification or willingness to work towards.
