WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU


Ensure compliance with the production plans in your area of competence, optimising the organisation of your team, the communication and development of the people in your charge, as well as the appropriate use of available material resources, complying at all levels with the safety and environmental standards, quality, delivery and costs defined by the company.


  • Schedule, direct and control production activities by analysing the load and capacity of your resources (humans and production teams), to meet the established objectives.
  • To energise the improvement of processes, management systems and optimisation in your area of competence, as well as to dynamize and lead interdepartmental meetings to achieve maximum efficiency in the work cells under your responsibility.
  • Be responsible for complying with and enforcing the preventive measures necessary to avoid or reduce occupational risks and environmental instructions.
  • Lead and develop your team, training them to meet the established objectives.
  • Lead teams to identify problems and provide solutions to increase productivity, participating in the corrective actions proposed by other people and using the management tools established for this purpose.
  • Ensure correct and effective communication, both upstream and downstream, transmitting the company's objectives, its degree of compliance, action plans and communication channels between employees and the company.
  • Analyse indicators (production, maintenance and quality), prioritising plans to improve these indicators.
  • Identify the risks that may occur in their area of competence and that affect both people and products, machines or tools, reporting to the Production Manager
  • Comply with and enforce the procedures and systems established in its area of competence, promoting timely improvements.



REQUIREMENTS


  • Technical training
  • Previous experience: More than 5 years
  • Technical knowledge of aeronautical assemblies is an asset.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Office 365, specifically Excel.
  • Availability to travel
  • Teamwork and comunication skills
  • Leadership: Clear orientation to people and results. Demonstrable experience in managing production people in industrial environments.
