Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 23:00 - 07:00 (Night Shift)

Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Production Shift Manager to join a well established and fast growing FMCG food manufacturing business operating within a high volume production environment. The site is part of a larger, successful group supplying major UK retailers, with continued investment driving expansion and operational improvements.

You will be responsible for leading a production shift team of approximately 20 employees, including operators and line leaders, ensuring safe, efficient and high quality production throughout the night shift. This is a hands on leadership role (approximately 70% operational, 30% office based), requiring strong visibility on the shop floor and the ability to support the team when required.

Non Negotiable Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' supervisory or management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage production teams in a fast paced setting.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience within chilled, ambient, or high care food manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of BRC standards.
• Continuous improvement / lean manufacturing experience.
