Site based role commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Newport, Whitchurch, Ironbridge, Broseley.

£35,300 + 4 of 4 off shift + weekly pay + overtime (1.5 ) + structured training + pension + health cash plan + life assurance + average holiday pay + tech schemes + 4 weeks holiday + bank holidays.

The Role

• Work as part of a production team on state of the art automated machinery
• Perform line changeovers, fault finding, and hands on problem solving to maintain output
• 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern covering both days and nights

• Experience working within a production, FMCG, or processing environment
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with hands on problem solving ability
• A driven individual looking for structured training and long term career progression
