We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our client's growing team in Royston as a Night Shift Operative

If you're someone who enjoys DIY, carpentry, assembling products, working with your hands with a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Our client will provide full training. They're looking for people with the right work ethic, who enjoy learning new skills, can follow instructions and take pride in producing high-quality work.

What you'll be doing

• Following technical instructions and production documentation
• Measuring, cutting and preparing insulation materials
• Using jigs, templates and hand tools to assemble products
• Producing high-quality work with excellent attention to detail
• Working safely and maintaining a clean, organised work area
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Completing training to develop your skills and knowledge

We're looking for someone who is:

• Practical and enjoys hands-on work
• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Comfortable following instructions and processes
• Good with DIY, carpentry, assembly or general handyman tasks
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• A strong team player
• Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail
• Committed to working safely at all times

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, sheet metal, assembly or engineering would be beneficial, but it's not essential. Full training is provided.
