Production Operative

Production Operative (Temporary to Permanent, Loughborough)

Salary: £12.71 per hour. Monday-Friday, rotating shifts 06:00-14:30 (Day) and 14:30-22:00 (Afternoon).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with cleaning and changing machinery between production runs
• Moving ingredients and finished products around the factory
• Loading ingredients into mixing and cooking equipment
• Weighing and labelling finished products accurately
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual and hard working
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of food hygiene standards desirable

Pay & Shifts

• £12.71 per hour
• Monday - Friday
• Rotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:30 (Day Shift) and 14:30 - 22:00 (Afternoon Shift)
