Production Operative

• Kingswinford We're recruiting Packers / Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established food production site in Kingswinford.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure regular full-time work with the potential to gain a permanent position for the right candidates.

What you'll be doing: Working on fast-paced production lines Packing finished products ready for dispatch Stacking boxes and trays safely and efficiently Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet standards Following food hygiene, health & safety and site procedures Previous experience within a food production environment would be beneficial, and any food hygiene or health & safety qualifications are an advantage.

However, full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Shift Patterns: 6:00am - 2:00pm 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Weekly rotating shifts) Or: Night Shift 10:00pm - 6:00am What's on offer?

Monday to Friday working Regular hours Overtime opportunities available at weekends Full training provided Potential for permanent employment Important: Due to the shift start and finish times, public transport is not suitable for this location.

Candidates will need their own transport or a reliable way of getting to and from work.
