AMS Case Management is seeking a Support Worker for a 47-year-old client with a traumatic brain injury. The role involves providing comprehensive care, aiding with personal hygiene, and administering medication, under supervision of therapy professionals.

Flexibility in working hours is essential, as support is required 24/7. Candidates must possess a Diploma in Health and Social Care level 2/NVQ, along with a full clean driving license. This position offers a rate of £15.50 to £16.50 per hour depending on shifts.
