Location: Wednesbury
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.71

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturer of cardboard packaging products, for Production Operatives to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy production environment, manufacturing high-quality cardboard boxes for a range of industries. Employees who consistently meet production targets throughout the week can benefit from an early finish on Fridays while receiving full pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Working within a fast-paced production environment
• Operating and assisting with a variety of manufacturing machinery
• Producing and assembling cardboard boxes to customer specifications
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Following all health and safety procedures

Machinery Used

Full training will be provided on a range of production equipment, including:

• Stapling machines
• Stencil printing machines
• Gluing machines
• Cutting machines

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
