Production Operative

Factory Operative £12.21 per hour Location: Hednesford Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Hednesford.

This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering stable day shifts and long-term work within a busy production environment.

• Up to £12.21 per hour
• Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
• 40 hours per week
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• Full training provided
• Supportive team environment

• Using power tools safely and effectively
• Carrying out basic assembly duties
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
• Supporting general production tasks
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times

• Have experience using hand and power tools
• Have previous factory or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
• Are reliable and punctual
• Can work efficiently as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
