About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join a busy construction site in Long Sutton. This role involves operating a bulldozer to assist with site preparation, grading, and general earthmoving tasks as part of a professional site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a bulldozer safely and efficiently on site
• Carry out grading, levelling, and earthmoving work
• Assist with site preparation and groundworks activities
• Perform daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
• Follow all site health and safety procedures
• Work closely with site supervisors and other plant operators

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Dozer Operator ticket
• Previous experience operating a bulldozer on construction sites
• Good understanding of site safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and safety-focused
