Production Operative

HRGO are recruiting Production Operatives to join our manufacturing client in Rainhill. You will be operating machinery and managing the manufacturing process to build their products.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

Pay: £13 per hour, increasing to £13.50 in April

Location: Rainhill

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Using hand tools to build and produce products
• Quality checking products and ensuring products are fully compliant with standards, reporting any defects
• Assemble components, carry out manual tasks and pack finished products
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining standards

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic numeracy and literacy
• Willingness to learn and undertake training
