Job Description
HRGO are recruiting Production Operatives to join our manufacturing client in Rainhill. You will be operating machinery and managing the manufacturing process to build their products.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Pay: £13 per hour, increasing to £13.50 in April
Location: Rainhill
Responsibilities- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Using hand tools to build and produce products
- Quality checking products and ensuring products are fully compliant with standards, reporting any defects
- Assemble components, carry out manual tasks and pack finished products
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining standards
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic numeracy and literacy
- Willingness to learn and undertake training
- Easy online registration process, done from home
- Online portal for viewing all documents relating to your assignment, including holiday entitlement, payslips etc
- Temp to perm position
