Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead their manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.

About Your New Job

• Managing daily production operations across all manufacturing areas.
• Leading, motivating and developing production teams to achieve operational targets.
• Ensuring production schedules are delivered on time while maintaining quality, efficiency and safety standards.
• Monitoring productivity, labour utilisation and production KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Working closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and New Product Development teams.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality systems, health & safety legislation and company procedures.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
• Supporting employee training, development and performance management.

What Skills You Need

• Previous experience in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience within food, beverage, nutrition or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem solving abilities.
• A solid understanding of food safety, quality systems and health & safety requirements.
• The ability to perform effectively in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
