Our client is a leading manufacturer within the functional nutrition sector, partnering with well-known international brands across Sports Nutrition, Active Nutrition and Health & Wellness.
With a strong reputation for innovation, quality and product development, the company provides end-to-end manufacturing solutions, from concept and formulation through to full-scale production. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead their manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.

About Your New Job- Managing daily production operations across all manufacturing areas.
- Leading, motivating and developing production teams to achieve operational targets.
- Ensuring production schedules are delivered on time while maintaining quality, efficiency and safety standards.
- Monitoring productivity, labour utilisation and production KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Working closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and New Product Development teams.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality systems, health & safety legislation and company procedures.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
- Supporting employee training, development and performance management.
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
- Experience within food, beverage, nutrition or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational, planning and problem solving abilities.
- A solid understanding of food safety, quality systems and health & safety requirements.
- The ability to perform effectively in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
