Production & Process Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Production & Process Engineer to enhance manufacturing operations across innovative client programmes. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for an engineer passionate about process optimisation, problem solving, and supporting new product introductions within a dynamic environment.

You will develop and implement manufacturing processes, support pilot builds, and create detailed production documentation. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives while conducting root cause analysis and supporting FMEA activities to enhance product quality and reliability. Collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams will be key, ensuring manufacturability and identifying cost saving opportunities.

Ideal candidates will hold a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering, with proven experience in process development, problem solving, and manufacturing documentation. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach will enable you to thrive in this role, which involves working at our PDSL Knowledge Centre and client sites.
