The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring maximum value is delivered. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the product backlog , ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and aligned with business goalsGather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteriaWork closely with stakeholders, business users, and development teams to define product vision and roadmapParticipate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives Ensure delivered features meet business expectations and quality standardsMake informed decisions on scope, priority, and trade-offs to maximise valueSupport UAT and product releases Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience working as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps , or similarDomain experience in Banking/Financial Services (preferred) Certifications (Preferred): Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification
