Your Role:

  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, environmental, and company policies during processes and standards execution.
  • Manage product transfer processes and manufacturing requirements based on product specifications and R&D test requirements.

You're the right fit if:
  • You have approximately 6 years of experience in roles like NPI or manufacturing transfer projects.

  • You have experience with PLM (Windchill) and ERP (SAP) systems.
  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • You are open to occasional travel.
  • You communicate effectively in English and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are a team player, self-driven, and have a mindset for continuous improvement, results, and quality.
