Product & Proposition Manager

Overview

• To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services
• Ownership of related customer and colleague journeys
• Develop the product strategy and drive change through execution teams
• Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and risks associated with product development
• Monitor market trends and analyze feedback for product improvement
• Manage launch plans and technical deployments for new products
• Monitor key metrics to assess product performance against goals

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of working with and managing a broad range of stakeholders in a matrix environment
• Product acquisition strategy experience
• Experience in or working closely with marketing functions
• Considerable understanding of Customer journey management and improvement
• Experience of using data to make decisions and recommendations
• At minimum an intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge and application of agile ways of working methodology
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience in product management/ownership
