About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join a busy and growing team in Tiverton. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking Production Operative looking to develop their skills within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. The successful Production Operative will be part of a supportive team and contribute to meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and production equipment as a Production Operative
• Assembling, packing, and labelling products
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Working collaboratively with other team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Operative or in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility with shifts if required
